Arrival
Your reserved rooms are available from 2p.m. In case of a late arrival (after 6p.m.) we kindly ask for notification.
Halfboard
The halfboard consists of a 3- course menu with delicacies from the Allgäu.

Visitor’s tax
The visitor’s tax of the community Schwangau is included in the room rates.
Payment
For the settlement of your bill we accept: Cash, debit card or credit card.
Room Surcharge
For single night stays under 4 nights we will add a supplement of 6,-€ as well as for overnight stays on weekends (Friday/ Saturday night) a supplement of € 6,-€.
Minimum length of stay
During Christmas and New Year’s Eve: 7 nights
Pets
Dogs are only accepted on request. Charges are depending on size (max. 8,-€ per day), without nutrition.
Departure
On your day of departure we kindly ask you to leave your room till 11a.m.
Cancellation policies
In case of late arrival or early departure 60% of the price of the booked period will be charged. Cancellation of bookings is free of charge until 4 weeks prior to arrival. The terms and conditions of the guest reception contract are effective.
Consider to book a travel cancellation insurance prior to arrival!
